Job applications are managed in our internal planning tool, hosted by PythonAnywhere (Anaconda, Inc.), pythonanywhere.com, and sent by email to the mailbox of each chosen restaurant, hosted by LWS (Ligne Web Services), lws.fr.

The entire website (design, layout, text, photos, logos and videos) is protected by copyright. The design and development of the website are the work of Philippe Banken; the content, photos and logos belong to Chez Nonà. Any full or partial reproduction, copying or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited and may lead to legal action. The Chez Nonà trademarks and logos may not be used without permission.

Personal data protection (GDPR)

We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian law. The data controller is Nona23 SRL (see the contact details above).

Job applications (Jobs page)

Data collected: preferred restaurant, type of job, first name, last name, mobile number, email address and CV.
Purpose: solely to review your application and contact you about it.
Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps with a view to possible employment).
Who has access: only the management of Chez Nonà (owners and managers of the restaurants concerned). Your data is never sold or passed on to other companies, apart from our technical hosting providers.
Retention period: 6 months maximum after receipt. After this period, the application and the CV are deleted from our tools and from the restaurants' mailboxes. If you are hired, your file becomes part of your personnel file.
Security: encrypted transmission, password-protected access, CVs never published online.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your application, by email to nona23@outlook.be. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.

Cookies, statistics and external services

This website does not use cookies. If you choose a language, that choice is kept on your device, solely to show the website in that language on your next visit. To understand how the website is used, we anonymously count page views and clicks (booking, calling): no visitor is identified and nothing else is stored on your device (a temporary technical fingerprint, erased every day, prevents the same visit from being counted twice). Bookings are managed by Zenchef, the location map is displayed by OpenStreetMap and fonts are provided by Google Fonts: these services receive your device's technical address (IP) when they are displayed, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
